Bharatesh Hanji
Bharatesh is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing), possessing over 24 years of experience in Management Consulting, Technical, and Project Advisory services. He has substantial expertise in industrial manufacturing and has worked across the entire Project Life Cycle, including project planning, execution, operations, and post-operations.
His experience spans capital-intensive sectors and international markets, particularly in the Middle East, ASEAN, and African regions.
His past roles at Tata Economic Consultancy Services, Reliance Industries Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd., and Mott MacDonald provided him with valuable insights into strategic and business planning, as well as the functioning of large conglomerates and global consulting firms. This experience has helped him understand the critical requirements for project and operational success, including the synergies essential for implementing and managing businesses effectively.
Ajey Nandurkar
Ajey is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration and has over 37 years of experience. With a career spanning over 35 years at Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Dalal Consultants & Engineers), he is a seasoned leader and strategist, specializing in elevating SBU performance through restructuring and resource optimization.
Ajey has extensive expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational challenges, with in-depth knowledge of business dynamics across various sectors including Industry, Infrastructure, Social Development, and Services. He has worked on diverse consulting assignments for large private corporate groups, public sector units, government departments, and multilateral financial institutions such as ADB, World Bank, and IFC.
His areas of expertise include Strategic and Tactical Planning, Competitor Analysis, Policy and Procedure Development, Resource Planning, Project Planning, Risk Management, Operations Management, Team Building, Budgeting, Cost Management, and Contract Negotiations.
Mehul Khakhi
Mehul is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing and Sales, specializing in Management Consulting. He is also an alumnus of the MDP in “PPP in Infrastructure” from IIM-A. With over 32 years of experience, primarily at Dalal Consultants & Engineers and Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd., Mehul has held senior positions in Management Consulting, focusing on Project Life Cycle Management and Strategic Business Development.
A seasoned professional in Technical and Project Advisory, Mehul has led numerous prestigious assignments in sectors such as Highways/Roads, Maritime/Ports, Airports, Water and Wastewater, Metros/Railways, Solid Waste Management, Urban Planning, Industrial Parks, SEZs, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Tourism, Healthcare, and more. He has also worked across industrial sectors like Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Metals, Green Mobility, and Agro & Food Processing.
Dattatray Zambre
Dattatray is a Civil Engineer and Certified Asset Valuer with 23 years of professional experience (6 years in construction and 17 years in Management Consulting). He has successfully delivered complex projects across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, warehousing, and real estate sectors.
Dattatray leads Fixed Asset Valuation services and provides support in Technical Appraisals, Technical Due Diligence, and Lender’s Engineer Independent Services across diverse sectors. He is recognized for his expertise in asset valuation and his critical role in delivering value-enhancing services in various industries.
